Biezpiena tauku saturs šajā receptē nav svarīgs, tāpēc varat ņemt arī ar mazāku tauku saturu – liekas kalorijas taču nevienam nav nepieciešamas.
SASTĀVDAĻAS:
kārtainā rauga mīkla – 400 g
medus – 3 ēdamkarotes
biezpiens – 250 g
āboli – 2 – 3 gab.
žāvētas aprikozes – 50 g
rozīnes – 20 g
ola – 1 gab.
skābais krējums – 1 tējkarote
sezama sēkliņas – 1 ēdamkarote
granātābola sēkliņas – pēc garšas
valrieksti – 0,5 glāze
PAGATAVOŠANA:
Mīklu atsaldēt, mazliet izrullēt, izgriezt apļa formu, kas ir par 2 – 3 cm lielāka par cepamo formu.
Apsmērēt mīklu ar 1 tējkaroti medus, izlikt biezpienu, tad smalkos kubiņos sagrieztus ābolus. Āboliem pa virsu izlikt sasmalcinātas žāvētās plūmes un rozīnes. Tām pa virsu uzbērt sablendētus riekstus un pārliet atlikušo medu.
Mīklas malas sacelt uz augšu, lai tās mazliet pārklāj pildījumu. Maliņas apsmērēt ar skābo krējumu un sakultu olu. Pārbērt sezama sēkliņas.
Pīrāgu cept cepeškrāsnī, kas uzkarsēta līdz 200 grādiem 30 – 40 minūtes. Izņemt no cepeškrāsns, atdzesēt un pārbērt ar granātābola sēkliņām.
Pīrāgs būs vēl smaržīgāks un aromātiskāks, ja tam uzbērsiet kanēļa un kardamona maisījumu. Krustnagliņas un anīss – tas jau būs pikantu garšu cienītājiem. Jaunas sastāvdaļas – jauna garšu pieredze.
